Congo Tetra are a exquisite fish that reflect an opal blue color. They have wonderful fins that follow their every movement like a robe. They are generally peaceful towards other fish and can be kept in a community aquarium.

Congo Tetras should be separated into a breeding tank which has plants along the bottom. The female will scatter 300 eggs which will take 6 days to hatch. Feed the fry powdered flake or brine shrimp.
