Lemon Tetra
Lemon Tetras' are a common pet in the aquarist community. Being a peaceful fish it can be kept with many other non-aggressive tetras. It is said that they flourish in a planted tank and since aquatic plants are found in their natural habitat. Plants and dark gravel also help display the bright yellow coloration of the fins and the red eyes.

- Pair in a breeding tank
- They are harder to breed than Neon Tetras
- Feed them live foods
- Female will scatter eggs and after this the mating pair should be removed
- After 24 hours feed fry baby brine shrimp, egg yolk or finely ground flakes.
